Function Objective:

As Customer Service Trainee, you’ll enroll in coaching program for 7 months. As trainee, firm will present numerous classroom trainings and on-job trainings to form you as skilled Buyer Service Officer. This function ship high quality companies to buyer airways’ passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, particular and baggage companies as per provider and firm’s requirements and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. To offer glorious and environment friendly service to our passengers at Examine-in counter and at different customer support contact factors in accordance to firm normal and procedures.
  2. To carry out departure and arrival processes at boarding gate in accordance to provider and firm requirements and procedures.
  3. Guarantee security necessities are met as per normal and process
  4. Keep grooming properly in any respect time and show customer support qualities when coping with passenger
  5. Reveal good self-discipline and excessive dedication to work

Qualification & Expertise:

  • Cross SPM with Credit score in English or graduates are inspired to use.

Talent & Information:

  • Buyer Providers oriented
  • Good communication abilities
  • Acceptable private presentation, model and picture
  • Adaptable to new folks, new locations and new conditions

Key Challenges:

  1. Meet security necessities and on time efficiency
